Hello can someone explain what they need for the employment letter for ILR when they say :
‘the period over which the person has been paid the level of salary stated in their application’
Do they want us to say how often your paid e.g monthly or weekly?
Thanks.
The period you have been paid the current salary. So if you had a raise six months ago, the letter says that you have been paid X salary, since 6 months ago.
Hello no not had raise in the last 6 months. Had a raise in April 2020. But nothing after that.
Letter to state that you have being receiving that amount as salary sin April 2020.

I have a question regarding bank statements.
Since you have to upload all documents for ILR. Can you now use bank statements downloaded from online banking or do you have to make PDF versions of the paper versions posted to you?

If the downloaded statements are exactly asthe posted paper versions they can be used directly to upload as supporting documents.

Hello. How would you calculate your annual wage if it is different each month due to over time?
I’ve used the calculation of add 6 months wage before tax
Divide by 6
Multiply by 12
But my employer has calculated my contracted hours and multiplied that by my hourly wage and multiplied that by 52 weeks. To give the annual wage he has put in the employers letter.
So I am unsure which amount to put on the application form...

Hello. Do I have to upload the completed ILR application form in the Proof of Application section/tab on the sopra website? I mean they probably have a copy of the application anyway. Right?
