Spouse visa, Not living together

Post by simonefourie » Fri Feb 12, 2021 4:21 pm

Hi,

Need your advice. I am on spouse visa. just 1 year left until ILR.

There is issue, as you know COVID has affect everything I have been battled to find job for over year. So I got job offer from London which I already accept and going move there. But the problem is my spouse refuse to move there with me as she dont want live in London and she wish to remain stay in Durham (North of england).

As I am aware the in Spouse visa say we must live together right? So when I apply ILR, will they refuse due to we not living together?

I suggest to keep bills and document under your names at the same address, then you will be fine
