Regarding maintenance of funds for tier 1

Hi,

I have a small doubt in maintenance of funds in a bank.

Would like to know is it acceptable if I maintain my over all funds (£2800) in more than one bank.

I have this doubt because I want to transfer my funds from one bank account to other. While doing so, it may happen that I have some fund in one bank and some more in other bank for any particular day.

As my funds transfer transaction may take 2 days time to reach other account. Do I need to make sure that at any day I must show £2800 from any of my bank accounts?

Please clarify me.

Yes, the funds should not go under £2800 for any day. My advise is to keep the accounts separate.

If u have not waited for too long and to be on the safer side, I advise that u put all the money in one account that shows regular withdrawals and deposits.Throughout the 3 months, your minimum balance should not be less than 2800GBP at any time.
