Forget submit my conset letter

Hi everyone,

I have uploaded my document 30 December 2020, I have done biometric 28 January 2021. But now I find out that I forgot to upload my consent for Home office to verify my application.

I was wondering what I have to do? Shall I wait to receive an email from them or I email them? If better email where I mail or email them?
Is there possibility my application form will be refused?
