ILR Dependent visa

Hi,

I had a query, could you please help me with this.
1. How long it takes time to get the ILR under Set LR route - 10 Years route after Biometric is submitted through standard service route?

2. If Set LR - Main applicant applied for the visa and then the dependent Spouse applied for the dependent visa after a month main application submitted the ILR application, after getting ILR by the main applicant, how long it takes the dependent to get the dependent visa?

3. In above case 2, if the dependent is with Tier 4 and applied for dependent visa along with Main Applicant Set LR- ILR application and the Tier 4 applicant is completed her thought course but not Project work, does she can apply for Full time Jobs as like dependent visa holder, please advise, thank you.

1) Standard processing is 6 months.

2) There is no dependent concept for SET(LR). Everyone qualifies on their own for LR mainly on 10 years lawful stay in UK including other requirements as per the immigration rules.

If a Tier 4 student applied Set LR dependent and her visa is due to get and if she completed her taught course but not project, can she do Full-time Job or does she fall under again Tier 4 rules and need to work only 20hrs please advise?, thanks

Spouse/family member of a settled person will have to apply under the family route. Family route visas do NOT have any work restrictions. When you apply in-time for a new visa application, your current visa restrictions continue to apply until your new visa is granted

No one can tell you when. That is upto UKVI
