is that Liverpool? Try to call tomorrow morning, last time I called on a Saturday and they were working and I think Sunday they are also open, otherwise try again on Monday. They always answer the phone very quick.It's Peterborough :/

It doesn't matter I'm afraid.. a friend of mine verified my identity and HMPO asked me to send my documents, apparently everything was fine in my mind but around 12 days later they got in touch by email asking to verify my identity again. Now a second friend verified my identity and after 11 days the application moved to "application is being processed" hopefully they accept it but look for a backup just in case. Good luck

You will see on the envelope they use to return your original documents. And congrats for the approval.
I received the message too last week. No idea where my application is now (sent to Liverpool originally) but it's coming to almost 3 weeks since I sent my application and being processed since July 8th.bizman wrote: ↑Wed Jun 30, 2021 2:47 pmIf you receive documents received twice from HMPO it means they moved your application from one post to another. It happened to me. I sent my document to Peterborough but they moved to Liverpool after 12 days. I understand that they have a lot of backlog as a lot of people are applying for passport now.
