Which Form to use to extend Discretionary Leave?

Hi,

My husband has 3 years discretionary leave which he was given because he had overstayed but is married to me and we have children so they granted it because of our 'exceptional circumstances.

When we apply to extend this for another three years, which form do we need to use?

I searched and found that but it seems to only be people who applied on asylum grounds. Does anyone know which one I need?
