ILR -10 Year Category For Child under 18 Year

Hi,
I am applying for My Child under 18 - ILR under 10 year long residence category .
On Declaration Section :Should i select option :
I am the applicant aged under 18
or
I am submitting the form on behalf of the applicant

I think the second option is for advisors not parents
