Today I have booked my super priority service on 31st of August visa expires on 15th of September 2021 but I paid application fee on 14th of August is this still okay I’m within 28days period before visa expires which date they will count the 28days period appointment date or fee submission date thank you very much if some one can guide please I really appreciate

There is no requirement to apply 28 days before the date you become eligible for ILR, you can apply any time before your visa expires.

The date of application is the date when you pay the visa fee.

Thank you very much for reply I just wondering my visa expires on 15th sep 2021 and I submit and paid the fee of my application on 14th August but my appointment is on 31st August is this fine 31st August is under 28days of expiry but date of application is 14th August which is more than 28days although I have fulfilled my qualifying period of 5yrs on 26th July 2021

Just a quick question when I fill online form I write Gross income which is different from the employer letter my salary has increased so the employer write higher amount £19000
But in the form I write £18200
Is this okay or how I do the correction in the form which is already submitted
