Dependent ILR qualifying period

Post by Princeuk » Wed Aug 25, 2021 7:17 pm

Today is my first time here.

Please kindly advice me if my wife is on the right direction and if the date calculation is correct?

This is my personal summary:

My wife is on a Tier 2 Dependant visa

- Her earliest ILR application date is 23/1/2022 (Visa entry clearance on her International passport started 21/02/2017) (Landed in the UK on the 6th March 2017)

- She plan to use UK NARIC to prove that her Nigeria Degree was taught in English and to prove her English language proficiency

- She plan to use the super priority service (next day decision)

- She plan not to write the B1, because she will be using the UK NARIC.

- She has already passed the Life in the UK Test.

My last question is: What physical documents must she take along with her on the day of her ILR appointment?

Note: Am sorry if a similar scenario has been treated before.

Please do NOT tag your questions onto other members topics. It is considered rude and unfair.

Your post was split to its own topic here. Wait for someone to respond.
