i am currently a pbs (tier 2) dependant but have completed 10 years in total [as student, on work permits and now as pbs dependant].

which form shall I fill? Form (O) or Form (LR)?

First of all, DO NOT tag your question randomly on some other topic
SET(O) if you want to apply under the 5-year skilled worker route and SET(LR) under the long residence. The choice is yours

apologies for posting it here as i am new to this forum.

u said '' under the 5-year skilled worker route ''. How is that possible as I am a dependant of someone who is on tier 2 as my biometric says 'dependant partner leave to remain'.

Plz help as i am highly confused.

If your spouse has a tier 2 general visa and you applied for a dependent visa, then you are on a tier 2 dependent visa, also known as a PBS dependent visa. There is no other dependent visa you can be on.

If your spouse is on tier 2 general still and has not applied for or got ilr, then you cannot apply for ilr as a dependent on form Set O based in 5 years residence independently from your spouse.

You can apply for long residence ilr if you meet a the requirements.

Yes, if you meet all the requirements to apply for ilr based on 10 years long residence
