Good afternoon Everyone
I received a notification from TNT to say that they tried delivering my BRP but they were unsuccessful. It contains the brp number and consignment reference. I decided to track it and the final entry is that 'arrived at delivery station at 15.10 pm 2/9/21. The problem is when I try to ask for redelivery I not allowed, also they did not leave any slip to say they missed me. What can I do.
