Employer Letter no SOC Code

Hi!

Has anyone had a problem with the letter from their employer which did not mention SOC Code for ILR purposes? My employer's HR Department have flatly refused and ignored my plea to edit the letter they gave me which did not mention the SOC CODE as they say this is the standard format they give. I just would like yo know, to those who had the same situation, did your application get refused?

There is no issue here.

The employer's letter only has to confirm that they still require you to work for them for the foreseeable future, and that you are paid and will be paid for the foreseeable future at least the general salary requirement or the going rate for the job whichever the higher.
