ILR Set O 28 days rule for priority service

Post by sylvine » Wed Oct 06, 2021 12:39 pm

Hi
I have read in another forum that it is risky (more like you're not eligible) to use super priority service/priority service for ILR application within the 28 days prior to completing 5 years. Can anyone confirm if this is true? Must we complete 5 years to use the super priority service for ILR application? I am currently on skilled worker visa and will complete 5 years on 6th Jan 2022. I was planning on submitting my ILR application on 6th/7th Dec 2021 and use super priority service. But someone told me that HO will most likely reject your application and that it is better to submit application after you have completed 5 years.

Don't believe everything you read and stop listening to 'someone'.

The 28 days concession is still in place for all services and applications. Nothing has changed!!
