ILR 10 years continuous

I had a visiting visa in 2011, spent 6 weeks in UK and left on the 17 November 2011, the visa expired in January 2012.
I was granted a dependent student visa in April 2012 and entered on the 26th April 2012.
By calculating, I have not spent up to 6 month. Though there is no valid visa between January 2012 to April 2012 when I was away from UK
am I qualify to apply for ILR in November 2021?
