Dependent do not work - how to prove sponsorship

Hi all, Really need your hep to determine which ILR route I should apply. I am confused between "Apply as a partner (family visa) / SET (M)" and "Apply as a partner (dependant on a work visa) / SET (O)". Or if there is any other route based on my timeline below?

Date of entry in UK as Dependent wife of Tier 2 General ----- 22/12/2016
Dependent wife of T2 General 1st visa --------------------------- 30/11/2016 to 18/12/2019
Dependent wife of T2 General renewed 2nd visa --------------- 28/12/2019 to 19/12/2022
Husband/Main Tier 2 General Holder ILR (SET-O route) -------- 21/11/2019
Husband/Main Tier 2 General Holder Naturalised --------------- 22/09/2021
Completing 5 years of living with partner ------------------------ 21/12/2021

You can only apply for ILR on form SET(O) if you have held a Tier 2 dependent visa for 5 years.

Set(M) is NOT the correct form and there is NO other 'route'.

I am thinking to apply on 15/12/2021 but I have two absences from UK of more than 90 in the last 12months.
05/12/2020 to 08/02/2021 - 64days
06/08/2021 to 10/09/2021 - 34days

For the continuous residence purpose, I saw previously that absent of less than 90 days within last 12 months was a requirement. Is it not the case anymore? based on https://assets.publishing.service.gov.u ... 2.0ext.pdf

If it is still the requirement, would they count from the day I went out of UK for that absent period? or 12 months back from the day of application?

Where exactly in the link are you reading this? There is NO such requirement for ILR. It is a requirement for British Citizenship not ILR.

Less than 180 days absence in any 12-month period during my last 5 years- is that the only thing I need to consider for the ILR?

Dependent wife of T2 General renewed 2nd visa --------------- 28/12/2019 to 19/12/2022

It is only absence during this second visa that has to be declared and subject to the 180 days absence limit.

Any absence as a PBS Dependent visa holder with a visa issued before 11th January 2018 is irrelevant.

I do not work or have any profession. How do I prove that my husband sponsors me to satisfy "have enough income to support yourselves and your dependants"? He can provide his payslips and bank details in his name, anything else?

Also, On the SET-O form, there is a question "Which visa is Mr ...(husband)... is applying for or been granted?". If I choose Tier 2 (General) visa then it is asking for the sponsor's licence number. Is that mandatory?

It is not the employer that provides this. It is your husband.

Yes, you are required to detail the sponsor details of your husband before he got ILR.
