converting global talent visa to ILR

i would greatly appreciate your advise on the process of converting a global talent visa ( 3 year ) into an ILR

The information provided in tech nation site is not clear in terms of qualifying for the ILR

it states - during the last grant of permission to stay the applicant has earned money in the field of endorsement

what does last grant of permission mean - is this for applicant to have worked for the whole 3 year period of the last year of three year period ?

Also - tech nation is endorsement based on technology and business history - is there any restrictions on what companies we can or cannot work for in order to obtain the ILR after the 3 year stay.

Also - is there anyone who has received/ not received an ILR after 3 years of working in UK on the tech nation visa ?

Any guidance you can provide will be greatly appreciated

There is no conversion. ILR is a status and you can apply for it only if you qualify as per rules. The last grant means your current visa. In the link below you can find the reference to the official guide on GT visas and settlement.

As long as you adhere to the criteria related to your visa, you can apply.
Be aware about a distinction about a talent and a promise, as mentioned above.
