ILR Application form

Hi
I need expert opinion and help first I show my visa detail.
My UK entry as a dependent 23/03/2012
My clock reset due to change visa
Spouse vis 17/03/2017
So my both dates for ILR (long resident) 10 years and and as a spouse visa 5 years complete almost same time.
I full fill all spouse visa ILR requirements. Which is best option to apply ILR based on 10 years or ILR based on 5 years.

The choice is yours. SET(LR) has less requirements to satisfy
