Tier 1 PBS Dependent - ILR SET O Application queries

Hi,

Hope everyone is doing good.

Can anyone please guide with the below query on SET O ILR application, bit confused between two options

In which category are you applying for indefinite leave to remain?

a.Tier 1 or Global Talent dependants

b.Tier 1 migrant

This is for a Tier 1 PBS Dependent applying of the ILR through main applicant who is already a ILR holder via Tier 1 PBS migrant,

Obviously it is Option A if it's a dependent!

Thank you @CR001, I was thinking the same but my other instinct was buzzing me to check to make sure.

Have another quick clarification on one more point, the below question in SET O. My wife works in my own limited company and gets paid salary and dividends, but it is me who pay utility bills etc. so bit confused if this has to be Yes or No?


Does the account with the bank or utility company for which you have supplied information and supporting documentation relate to another person who is to provide you financial support?

That question is regarding any shared evidence, mostly regarding the cohabitation documents
