ILR Set M Financial Requirement

Hi,
I was on Tier 1 Entrepreneur and after completing 5 years granted ILR and then British citizenship.
My wife came in UK as PBS Dependent on 07/06/2016 and completed her 5 years as PBS Dependent. So just completing her ILR Set O form and need advice about this question where it says Select a category in which you applying ILR and its gives options
Tier 1 or Global Talent Dependants
Tier 1 Migrant
Skilled Worker Tier2
And I think remaining does not apply to me.
It does not give any option PBS Dependent and also do we need Maintenance Funds?

But sir someone has advised its Tier1 Migrant because he asked me to verify from the previous Home Office letters which comes when our applications has been approved. I check 2 letters it says on the letter that your application as dependent of Tier 1 Migrant under PBS has been approved.

So I am bit confused now. Can you please advise me further about this.

No. Tier 1 Migrant is only for main applicants NOT the dependants

Thanks for your guidance.
There is another question at the end of the form where it asks for consent. The answer for 1st question is “NO” but I am confused about 2nd question because There is no maintenance requirement. I will send my benefits proof (Bank Statement) to confirm that my wife is not claiming anything and its only me.
So can you help about 2nd question weather its about me (Husband) or any other third party. Thanks
