ILR SET(M) queries for my wife and daughter

Hi Guys

Thanks in advance for looking into my request. I am on ILR and my wife and daughter have completed 5 years in the UK. Now I am going to apply for ILR for my wife and daughter on SET(M) online.

I would be really grateful if you can answer few questions :

1. While filling SET(M) online, it is not asking for life in UK test result reference number, where to upload this information?

2. How many days before current visa expiry I can apply for ILR SET(M). Like can I apply in first week of March if their visa expires on 23 April 2022?

3. For Self assessment, my CT600 is for period August 2020 till July 2021, so all the bank statements, salary slips, dividend vouchers and P60 etc should be for this period only August 2020 till July 2021 right? Do I need to show any latest salary slips dividend vouchers, P60 for this year 2022 or not?
