No Entry Stamp at Heathrow

Post by Coral33 » Tue Feb 22, 2022 2:04 pm

Hi Admin/Moderator

I’ll be applying for my ILR through the Form M (5 year spouse visa) and I was putting in my entry/exit dates when I noticed that the Immigration Officer hasn’t stamped my entry to the UK at Heathrow in Jan 2021 (I flew to my home country in Dec 2020).

What should I do now? My husband and child both travelled with me, but they are British passport holders and we all have entry/exit stamps present for our home country.

It’s worth mentioning that I travelled after that last year, and my entry stamp is there for Jan 2022 (just not for my last trip in 2021)

Please help!!!

Best,

Really? I was thinking of adding an application mentioning the above stated scenario and attaching scans of entry/exit stamps in mine, my child’s and husbands passports (who were traveling with me).

Will that help? Or do you think I should just let it go?

You got advice from mod to not worry about it as it won't be an issue for your ILR.

Bank St & Payslip Dilemma

Post by Coral33 » Sun Feb 27, 2022 11:31 pm

Hi Moderator,

I’m currently filling in my Form M for ILR. Wanted to ask - I’ve got my husbands 6 month bank statements and payslips, but his salary comes in at the end of the month and his bank statements cover 11th of one month to the 11th of the next.

So basically, I’m adding his last payslip from the 22nd of February, but it wont correspond with his last bank statement which is from Jan 11 to Feb 11 this year. Is that ok? My BRP expires on the 15th of March this year.

Please advice. Thank you!!

Document Upload

Post by Coral33 » Mon Mar 07, 2022 9:16 am

Hi Moderator

Quick question: I’m uploading documents for ILR Form M Spouse Visa

In the mandatory documents section: Should I upload the complete pages of my passport? Or just the first two?

Thanks!

Hi Zimba

Will this be an issue when you apply for naturalization?

I’ve forgotten my password and have been trying to log in since a week. I’ve requested a password reset email multiple times but have not received it nor has the Board administrator replied to my email.

What should I do? That’s why I had to make a new log in.
