ILR and sponsor license

Post by app_val » Sun Mar 20, 2022 1:15 pm

Hello,

Iam now eligible for ilr in next 2 months.

Iam in tier 2 general and the following story happened.

1. Last year my sponsor lost the license and reapplied after 3-4 months of loosing it.
2. At that time i was with my visa but don't know the story until my sponsor said this.
3. After that my sponsor renewed the license then issued a new cos. ( old cos cancelled because they lost the license)
4. I again applied for a new visa and got it at that time.
5. Now i will be eligible for ilr.

My question is, will the gap of 3-4 months of my sponsor license cancellation affect my application.?

Whether that is a gap in my stay ? Can i get some advice here.

Best regards,

It should be fine as long as your visa was not curtailed
