Query on Priority service - ILR VISA for my wife via FLR (M) route

Hi there,

My wife's FLR (M) visa is expiring on 6th May 2022.
She has completed 5 years as of Today as a dependent on me (I am on ILR).
We are now planning to apply for her ILR VISA via FLR (M).

I have filled out the online application form, however, I do not see the priority service option so we can get a quicker decision. As we have to visit family in India for urgent personal reasons by end of May or the beginning of June.

Given the above explanation, I would like to know
1) If this route (ILR via FLR (M)) is eligible for a priority service? I mean we need a decision within 5 working days so we can travel to India and do not have to wait for 6 months (a long wait for a decision on the application). If not, then

2) Is there any other option to extend her VISA via a different route rather than the ILR, where we can get a priority decision?

I will really appreciate it if you could please clarify my query.

For ILR under the family route, you must use form SET(M)

Many thanks for your reply. Yes, I am using SET (M) from, sorry for mentioning FLR (M),

Do you know why I am not seeing the priority option on the payment page? I there any better time to get this option?
