Hi,
I am new to this website and not sure if this is the right place to ask but I am really confused about something and any help will be much appreciated.
I applied for my Further Leave to remain as a spouse 2.4 years ago and I am about to apply for my ILR next month.
Do I have to provide proof of genuine relationship such as photos of me and my husband’s together and our call/chat history like the Further leave to remain application? Or do I need to provide the proof of cohabitation only such as letters and joint bank account?
I am confused as I filled my SET(M) form today and they didn’t ask for any proofs of genuine relationship. They asked for proof of cohabitation only.
Many Thanks in advance!

Photos and call chat history is NOT required.
You must however submit 2 years evidence of cohabitation in both your names from at least 3 to 6 different sources, spread evenly for every 3 to 4 months

Hi,
Thank you so much for your reply. I appreciate it a lot. Can home office reject my application if I don’t submit photos and chat history ?
I really don’t want to annoy home office by submitting photos/ chat history as they’ve not asked for them but I don’t want to risk my application being rejected.
Is 2 years evidence of cohabitation in both our names from at least 3 to 6 different sources, spread evenly for every 3 to 4 months enough for them to grant ILR?
Many thanks !

No!! This is NOT required. It is ONLY required for an initial spouse visa from abroad.

You are overthinking. Do NOT submit documents that are not required.

Yes!

Hi Everyone,
I have 2 children from my previous marriage who joined me as dependents in the Uk after I married to my partner who is settled in the Uk.
I am filling out my set(m) form for ilr.
In the finance section they asked
“Is your partner currently sponsoring any additional children?
(Required)
You should tell us about any additional children they are sponsoring who need a different type of visa to enter or remain in the UK
Do not include children who are:
dependants applying on this application
over 18
British Citizens
settled in the UK”
As it says do not mention dependants applying on this application- I clicked “No” but the income threshold didn’t change from £18k to £24800.
Can someone please help if I should answer yes or no?
Many thanks in advance

If the children are under 18 you need to say yes. It is no for over 18 year old dependents or settled/British children.

Not sure what you mean by this if you have a 2.5 year spouse visa, which is different to the EU route rules.
