5 Year route then 10 year and now 5 year (ILR)

Hello,
hope everyone is doing fine.
I have a question regarding my wife's situation.
I would like to know when she can apply for ILR.

Came in UK as Sposuse to a British - 04/2016 till 12/2018 (30 months VISA)
1st extenion moved to 10 year route 01/2019 till 09/2021
2nd extenion moved to 5 year route 10/2021 till 06/2024

my quesiton is when my wife can apply the ILR? the time spend from 2016 till 2018 under 5years route count towards the ILR (5years or 60months) or not?
