Partner on working visa and family visa

Dear All

Can I ask for a help please?

My wife was on dependent visa based on my t1 entrepreneur visa for over 3 years.

I applied indefinitely leave to remain based on 10 yrs route.

Then my wife changed to family visa based on my ILR.

She is due to extend. I just wonder whether she can apply ILR as she has been under dependent visa for more than 5 years altough one is dependents on working and the other one is dependent on settled residency.

Or she has to apply for extension of family visa ?

She needs 5 years under the family visa route. When she switched to the family route, her 5 year ILR clock started from zero. She extends until she has 60 months under the family route
