ILR

Post by User9994 » Mon Apr 25, 2022 3:59 pm

Hi all
I was wandering if any of you have experienced this
Applied for ILR
With super priority service £800 extra
Booked biometrics
Day after biometrics received phone call from HO
To say I am short of 24 days so not entitled to ILR until the 24 days have passed
And if I would like to wait 24 days until a decision
She said £800 would go to waste and I said that was fine I will wait the 24 days

I wanted to ask if anyone knew if it would be processed once 24 days are over and then receive a decision or if it will go to 6 months processing time

There is no number to contact anyone and I need to travel soon

Thank you

Useful to state your visa route and when your visa was initially granted etc!!

It is helpful to post your full UK immigration history, including all relevant dates, if you expect any meaningful advice from forum members!

I'll leave others then to guess and comment given your vague post/history and reluctance to provide details to help members understand your history and circumstances etc.

Your application will be processed after you are eligible. We cannot tell then when that will happen as that is up to the UKVI. Wait to hear back
