ILR SET M TUPE

Post by aaabbb111 » Sat Feb 05, 2022 9:59 am

Does a TUPE Employment count as continuous employment or a break in employer?

6 month rule. Does it mean 3 months after TUPE we should wait another 3 months to apply with 6 months payslips.

P60

Post by aaabbb111 » Wed Apr 20, 2022 3:07 am

I am planning to apply next month but my sponsor may not receive their P60 in time for the application.

Do this need to be included or is it optional? Thanks.

Correspondence SET M

Post by aaabbb111 » Sat Apr 23, 2022 3:28 am

When providing correspondence for residence proof in the SET M application, how old do the letters need to be?

Is it 2 years old, 2.5 years or since FLR M BRP was issued?

Count back 2 years from application date/month

Employer Letter

Post by aaabbb111 » Fri Apr 29, 2022 3:02 pm

The financial requirements - employer is refusing to send me a physical letter for the employment letter in the SET M application. They say an electronic letter on letterheaded paper, dated and signed should suffice because regulations have changed.

They have rolled both letters into 1 and have confirmed my payslips are authentic but cannot stamp them.

What are your opinions?

So I can store the original in my file and provide it if requested. Are 2 letters merged into 1 okay?

Just saved the digital letter. You are overthinking.

Yes fine to combine the letters.
