Dependent ILR

Post by ki1246 » Mon May 16, 2022 12:40 am

Hi,
My husband got ILR,
My visa status is : Spouse/Partner leave to remain
My son visa status is: Leave to remain

Me and my son is process of completing 5 yrs to get ILR. If we stay out of UK more than 80 days at once will this break our count of stay to get ILR?
Need advice please.

Thanks

No. Family route visa holders do not have any absence limits
