ILR Application - Classification

Post by aarthivell » Tue May 31, 2022 6:59 pm

Hi

My Spouse (Main Applicant) got the ILR in January through Tier 2 General Visa

Me and my Child joined him 6 months later and now we are eligible to apply for ILR as we are completing 5 years soon.

Which form should I use to submit the ILR application - set M ?

No, not SET M.

If you hold a tier 2 dependent visa, you apply for ILR on form SET O.
Char (CR001 not Casa)
