DO NOT print anything. All evidence is submitted digitally
Sorry what a waste of paper.. on my FLR(M) I had to print and then they scanned it all.

I will just scan the physical letters that came to the address.
And upload the digital copies of the bills then yeah? Yes

All done! Been refreshing randomly for Super Priority just paid for it sharp at 00:00 tonight.

Just a couple of questions now please:

1. What categories do I upload the evidence of my relationship with my kids. “Other reason I’d like to stay”. I have my eldest’s recent school application and all the birth certificate with my name as father and their nursery fee invoices.

3. Category for Cohabitation, Council tax and housing cost?

4. Category for Evidence of (spouse) settled status in the UK? British passport, do I scan each page?

5. "Current Biometric Residence Permit, All previous passports, travel documents or national identity cards that you have used to travel to or remain in the UK" I have three passport in total, do I upload each and every page of all three? (1st used when I was here for study 10-12 years back, the rest were more recent). And what category?

to make it easy, could you please tell me what goes in these categories:

Document Type:
1. Other
2. Residence in the UK
3. Finances
4. Proof of Business
5. Life Events
6. Medical Information
7. Sponsors / Employment
8. Proof of Identity / Travel History
9. Educational

What you upload where hardly matters. You should rather ensure to upload all supporting documents, CW will locate them accordingly.

Thank you.

And what about passports. Does it require all the pages scanned and uploaded?

Hi All,

I need help. for ILR you have to have stayed for 5 years and you can apply 28days before reaching the qualifying period, i.e 5 years residence. I came in the UK 02/04/2017 (spouse visa). In my SET (M) application it asked:

How long have you lived in the UK?

Answer: 4 years, 11 months (As applying 20days before 5 years of 02/04/2017)

Is that ok, don't want the CW to reject as it does not say 5 years!

You will not be rejected :? They do NOT rely on your answers to check your qualification period

Cheers! :D

I don't need any Partner's or my passport size photographs (I remember mine will be taken on the day) and any signatures behind them if needed?

Quick question friends.

1. I have submitted my bank statement (related to my payslips). I have another bank where I keep my savings and I also have an ISA account where I invest. Do I need to give any other details of my finances, my salary alone is above the threshold required.

2. Also, since my salary alone makes for the required threshold, We have not bothered adding wife's salary and bank statements, is that ok?

Hello,

Thank you All for your help and support.

My visa application was successful. Did it all by myself through this portal's advice. It was easy and straightforward.

Onto the next task now - The Passport.

1. My wife is a British Citizen (British Passport). so I believe I can apply for passport and don't need to wait 12 months post BRP receipt?

2. Legally is there any difference (pros or cons) of either applying the citizenship via British Citizen wife or via 12 months post ILR?

Please ask citizenship questions in the British citizenship sub forum. These questions are not relevant to your ilr topic or the ilr sub forum.

Hi, congratulations on your ilr. I was wondering if you could list the documents you submitted?
Did you submit your chat/call history or photos together?
