Abscence letter for ILR

Post by mivanyikd » Sun Jun 05, 2022 11:21 pm

Hi

I came into the UK in 2018 and will be applying for ILR next year. I have changed employers twice, renewing my visa each time (from within the uk) and have not travelled out of the uk. I understand a letter would usually be required from employers detailing absences. Is this the case only if there has been travel outside the uk or even if the absences were within the uk?

Thanks in advance

There is no specific letter required. A letter from the current sponsor will be enough as long as it says they approved all your absences from work.
