I Applied ILR in december 2020 using set(O) , and was asked to fill in application set (M) in april 2021 .
Asked to book biometric in july 2021 , which has already been submitted .
Kept chasing the application and was told to wait due to covid , it takes longer , no correspondance from homeoffice at all .
Got my MP involved in april 2022 and received a response that biometrics submitted were for application set(o) and needs to apply for biometrics for set(M) ,and can not use the previous biometric data. when called to book appointment was informed that application has been purged and cant book the appointment .
called UKVCAS and homeoffice again and again and nothing is working , even MP can not help as they have stopped responding.
Any one have any idea , how to activate this application or have a phone number or email can give conclusion to this nightmare.
or anyways to get refund for previous applicationa and get new one running?
