Hi,

I am looking for some information regarding my ILR application submission date.

Below are my details
UK Visa Entry Clearance date valid from - 01/09/17
UK Visa Entry Clearance date valid till - 01/10/17
First UK Visa entery stamp date - 19/09/17

So I have two question
1. When can I submit my ILR form like payment of the application ? not the biometric appointment.
2. From which date I'll qualify for the Biometeric appointment ?

Your dates still is determined by what type of visa you have. Different settlement path, different rules.

Thanks for the reply and sorry for missing that detail.. I am on Tier 2 shortage of occupant from 2017

I have partially completed my form just waiting for the fees payment as I am not sure about the timeline when it will be correct to complete the payment ?
