ILR Set (M) Finance query

Hi

I am helping my wife apply for ILR through the partner of a person Set (M).

I have my main job which more than satisfies financial requirement threshold. We have a joint business bank account and a company setup in both our names. This has been setup for over a year now but we have not had time to start trading.

Shall I include this in the application??

My reason for asking is that we don’t have any other types of document in our joint names showing the same address besides the business bank account and the business.

If you do not rely on the company to qualify then do not include it. There is no need for documents with joint names, you can provide documents for each of you showing the same residence.
