Administrative Review Question

Hello Everyone

I applied for Skilled Worker Visas 2021-12, but got a refusal. Then my solicitor applied for an administrative Review directly.
But right now almost 7 months, we haven't got any updates.

Have anyone applied for the administrative review this period? and when do you get the updates?

What was the reason for refusal?

It is unlikely that there has been a delay in response to the AR. Are you sure your lawyer didn't get one and simply missed it or is not telling you the outcome (yes, this happens)?

The refusal reason is because of the "Home Office records show that you were found to be in breach of UK Immigration rules and were found to be working on 09/12/2019 during an Enforcement visit by the
Enforcement Team and Greater Manchester Police. I am therefore satisfied you have
breached the conditions of your leave."

But they are wrong, it was an accidental arrest, this case has been solved before I left the UK and I have the release paper from Home Office and council.

Did you submit a copy of the release paper from Home Office and council?

I haven't provided the copy when I applied for the VISA

Then I think you may submit it for the AR to defend deception charges.

Yes, I have. We submitted the AR at 2021-12, but haven't received any updates. So I want to know is that normal? Have anyone met this problem?
