ILR application (Tier-2 dependent)

Hello!

I am filling out my ILR application form (my current immigration status is Tier 2 dependent, the main visa holder is a British citizen) but I stuck with some confusing questions about my partner.

1. The application requires to have my partner's Home Office reference number. Where can I get this number?

2. As I understood for my partner's current UK immigration status I need to choose Tier-2 (general) visa (even though partner is already British citizen). But this option requires to have VAF number. Where can I get this number?
