Filling out ILR: Table of Absences and supporting doc question

Post by pred02 » Wed Jul 27, 2022 11:24 am

Hi,

My wife is applying for an ILR as her 5 year period is 7 Aug 2022 and her Tier 2 visa expires 25 August. We are completing the application online and have a couple of questions.

1. Absences - she has over 30 absences in the 5 year period but online application only takes 30. Do we need to provide a table detailing all absences? Do we need to provide a table calculating the continuous period?

2. Documentation - we will provide payslips and bank statements. Can these be generated from online banking PDF's or does she need to get payslips on company paper and bank statements stamped?

3. Priority appointment - we are going to pay for the priority appointment. I understand this can only be booked once the application is submitted. My wife is taking her Life in the UK exam on Friday, if she passes we can then submit the application and book the appointment. Is there a risk that there will be a lack of priority appointments before Aug 25?

4. Declaration signed to confirm consent for verification checks. Is there a template letter for this or do we just create a letter and upload it?

5. Employer letter - the employer wants to date it 27/07 today is that all right or is there any impact?

Thanks

1. Only declare them on the form
2. All digital evidence is accepted
3. Your wife should pass LIUK test before submitting her ILR application online :!: There is no priority appointment. Super priority service is a visa processing service provided by UKVI. You choose this service before completing and paying the application online. This has nothing to do with the UKVCAS biometric appointment. UKVCAS is a third party, so appointment availability and service are booked after your application is submitted.
4. You will get to download this form after you submit the application, she signs part one
5. It has no impact
