PBS Dependent ILR Application

Hi,

I'm on PBS dependent Visa and have completed 5 years of stay in the United Kingdom and now should be able to apply for ILR.

My question is : Can I apply for ILR while the main applicant has submitted naturalisation application after 1 year as ILR visa holder and awaiting decision?

If so, should i mention in the SET(O) form that the main application is still on ILR, as there is no decision yet on the naturalisation application

Whether the main applicant is settled with ILR or has become a citizen is irrelevant. The path they took to ILR is all that matters for your eligibility. Answer as if he has ILR
