Can you please answer of my question
Once you have got your tier 1 extension successfully
Then you required to create 2jobs again for 12months
Can you employ Same Employees in your company which you had before the extension and those left the company before, Are you allowed to employ them again for the same jobs for 12months ?

You are required to either maintain two positions or create two new ones for 12 months. Such a position can even be filled with various employees who come and go. It is about a position being created NOT the employees. So yes you can hire them again after the extension to create a new position
