Continues period for ILR from entry clearances

Hello,

My entry clearance was issues on 28 June 2020 and was valid for 90 days until 27 Sept 2020, I am on tier 2 general visa, I entered UK on 21 Sept 2020 and my official start date with UK company started 1 Oct 2020, ( I worked for same company from Dubai until then and was paid in Dubai, consider as same companies employee based in Dubai until 1 Oct 2020 but actually doing my UK duties) as we couldn't travel because of COVID, now my question is what date will be considered as ILR peroid calculation, i.e entry clearance or date of entering uk or work start day with UK employer
