Documents required : ILR PBS dependent route

Hi Moderators,

I am currently applying for ILR as PBS dependent using Set(O) form. I have already received Ecctis documents for both academic qualification (as Satisfactory) and EA (as CEFR 1).
However, my name on (educational) Degree certificate is like <FN> <Initial> eg John S
my passport has full name as <FN> <LN> eg John Smith.
I need to provide degree certificate along with Ecctis docs. Worried if this will be an issue.

I read few articles and mentions about affidavit and notary. Could you please guide me if I need to get an affidavit and notarized that both name belongs to me?

Any guidance how and where to apply for please? Much appreciated.

Hi @moderators,

I would need your advice on the below, appreciate your help as I am confused. I have Biometric appointment on Tuesday.

1. Regarding consent form, as per the checklist I am asked as below
a. Consent form for the Home Office to request verification checks on <<My Husband>> for joint
accounts or third party support - which is PART 2 of consent form and is signed
b. Declaration signed by <<My Husband>> to confirm consent for the Home Office to request
verification checks - will PART 2 of consent form suffice or is this different?
2. Co-habitation proof:
I have UU (annually generated) from May 2020 - May 2022
Council bill (Annual) from May 2020 - May 2022
Bank statement of my husband until Oct 2022
Bank statement of mine until Oct 2022
Will this satisfy as the proof as UU and council is available only until May-2022? No other other proof with both our names after May 2022

Another question, I have uploaded all documents in UKVCAS but I don't seem to find the submit button anymore. I have the appointment tomorrow morning.

Do I need to carry all documents to re-scan and upload during the appoint at the center?

You only get the submit button if it is 48 hours or more before your appointment.

UKCVAS will submit them after your appointment if you have already uploaded them.
