Tier 2 Dependents Set O Application Form - Leave granted on or after 11 January 2018

Hi all,

I have queries regarding the ILR application SET(O) Form for Tier 2 (General) dependants. I am filling in the online forms for myself.

1. About I can apply 28 days before 5 years requirement.

Which date below is right to count from?

On my BRP card 'Place and date of issue 'is 'UK 10-11-2017'.
On my UK visa page, it showed valid from '01/12/17' until'31/12/17'
I arrived in the UK on 05/12/17.


2. Set O form about 'Leave granted on or after 11 January 2018'

My situation is Tier 2 (General) visa was first granted from 2017 to 2020, then extend from 2020 to 2023.

I have an absence out of the UK whole year in 2019 and back on 31/12/2019.

Could anyone please help me to check the question below if I choose the right option?

【Does the period of stay on which this application was based include any leave granted since 11 January 2018?】
【I choose Yes】

【Have you had any absences from the UK during any leave granted since 11 January 2018?
This includes all absences however short. Do not include travel to Crown Dependencies.
【I choose NO】



Appreciate it if anyone could advise on the above.
