Change ILR (M) to priority?

Post by Ahmed1256 » Tue Oct 18, 2022 12:44 am

Hi everyone,

I've submitted my application for ILR (M) in late September. Like many others I didn't get the priority option and was running out of time so I submitted it as a standard. My circumstances has changed and really need it to be a done before December. So I have two questions:

1. Can I contact the home office to change my application to a priority application and paying the extra fees? If yes, how is it best to contact them?

2. What does the home office consider enough justification to expedite a standard application? Or any suggestions that would help speed up things?

Thanks in advance
