How to access application form once submitted

My partner had her biometric appointment last month in Taiwan and I just received an email stating we have 5 working days to submit any further docs. I want to submit a bank statement and will drive to Birmingham tomorrow to do that.

But it states I need to include the first page of the application form. How do I access this? The application was done online and I only got the opportunity to save the payment confirmation.

Would my partner have been given a copy of the application at the biometric appointment?

Your partner needs to log back in to her application and download or email you the form.

She would have a link in her email every time she saved the application, to continue at a later time.
