Skilled Worker Dependent ILR

Post by bgurukishore » Fri Oct 21, 2022 8:56 am

Hi All,

I'm planning to submit ILR application for my wife who's on Tier2 General / Skilled worker Dependent. How long the SET(O) application is active once we created and drafted and saved ?

Thanks for speedy reply.

If I login and re-save after 6 weeks, will that application won't get deleted from the second time saved till 10 weeks ?

Yes, every time you login and re-save the application the system will save it for 10 weeks.

Thanks again.

I'm planning to prepare ILR application form for my wife, please help me to clarify below questions answers.

1) Do you have one of these reference numbers for Mr (my name) ? options are:
Yes, I have their VAF number
Yes, I have their GWF number
No, I do not have a reference number for them.
Question is which options I have to select ? Please advise.

2) When did you first enter the UK? - She was in the UK with Tier 2 ICT visa from August 2014 till January 2018 and switched to Tier 2 Dependent Visa in January 2018 and got her BRP issued on 16-Feb-2018. What date we have to entre here ?

3) Have you spent any of your two, three or five year continuous period (as appropriate) with leave to enter or remain in the Crown Dependencies? - Answer I chosen is No as she never lived in Crown dependencies. Is this correct ?

4) Does the period of stay on which this application was based include any leave granted since 11 January 2018? - Not sure what this question about?

5) Which visa is Mr (my name) applying for or been granted? - As I've ILR, the options are Skilled Worker visa and Tier 2 general and etc.. Which option I have to select ?

Please help me to understand below question

6) If they have one, what is (My Name) sponsor licence number?
My wife Tier 2 dependent visa approved and BRP issues in Feb-2017 with initial Tier 2 Sponsorship licence. Then I switched employer and her visa was renewed with second sponsorship licence as Skilled Worker Dependent. After this, I changed another employer with third sponsorship licence, but her Skilled worker dependent was remain on second sponsorship licence. I have got my ILR now from 3rd sponsorship licence. So question is which Sponsorship licence I have to mention in her ILR application ( First employer licence or Second Licence or Third Licence )?

Thanks for your response.

1) Yes, this application is for my wife. But I don't have VAF or GWF reference numbers. And now I'm unable to edit the answers. If I don't provide this information would this effect on decision ?

2) From August 2014 she was on Tier 2 ICT visa, if we mention this date would this effect application decision calculating 5 years Tier 2 General / Skilled Worker Dependent period ?

4) yes, the Tier 2 General / Skilled Worker Dependent issued on 16-Feb-2018 as per BRP card.

1. This is irrelevant. Ignore this
2. PBS dependant route was the same visa for people under the ICT or Tier 2 General :!: :!:

Answers on the form do NOT determine your eligibility. The requirements under the rules will be used to assess an application. The answer to that question has NO effect on the application
