Visa extension delay

I have applied for visa extension on August 22 and my right of work was expired as well so my employer contacted home office and they said I can work until February 2023 it's been 6 months now and I have not received any reply from home office my employer is asking me to provide dacoment to prove my rights of work because its expiring this month what should I do

Ask your employer to contact HO again. The only evidence you currently have as right to work is the application you made.
If your employer wouldn't take your words for it, then they need to go back to the source.

It could be a difficult place to be in, especially with employers that don't understand how things work.
No sin in failing, you just have to try and try again!

What visa category extension have you applied for?

You have posted your query in the indefinite leave to remain sub forum, which is not relevant to visa extensions
