Hi,
I am on skilled worker visa and due to apply ILR in June 2024 next year. I need to go to my home country for 3 weeks due to family reasons. I am going with my wife and 4.5 years old daughter. My daughter currently in reception and we applied for leaves but school has not approved any of the leaves. However, my daughter is less than 5 years (statutory age) so we will not be getting any fixed penalty. These 3 weeks will be considered as unauthorised leaves. Can anyone please advise if these unauthorised leaves will be communicated to council or is it going to impact my ILR application next year?

IMHO, it may be communicated to the LEA but will not impact on your ILR application.
