Hi
would need some advice pls
i am on 5 year spouse visa due to apply for ILR end of next month [April] thats 28days before completing 5 years, my wife earns 55k yearly but saddly was made redundant and her last working day will be end of March.
i am self employed cab driver, my last self assesment filed [jan 2023] with gross earnings/business income before expenses and tax was £35k.
whats the best way go about this?

Also, i had 3points[ going through a an obsured no entry sign] on my driving license more than 10 years ago while i was a student which has since been reinstated.
should i mention it in the application?
